Life Update #7: 2020 Highlights

As 2020 is coming to an end, I wanted to post one final life update before the new year! Despite everything going on in the world, it has actually been an oddly blessed filled year for me – in more ways than one!

In September I bought my first house at age 26! I’ll do an empty house tour of it in the future! In October I made over 13k in a month (not too shabby for a free art degree!). Being able to give back to my parents is one of the most rewarding privilege that I am so thankful to be in a position to do so. And finally, I am engaged! God literally put love at my door step when I first moved here to the city. My future fiancé just so happened to be my next door neighbor and we’ve been together ever since! Even after three years of dating, I knew we were going to make it down the aisle only after a month or so. In our case, the saying rings true – when you know, you know!

Every time I reflect back, I am always amazed by how much my life has changed! I grew up in a small town in Ohio where both of my parents worked in a local metal factory. I didn’t have a lot growing up, so the life I’m living now is something my younger self would have only dreamt of. Moving  forward I have A LOT of big plans for the spring of 2021. I will finally have more time to work towards some of my personal life goals and I can’t wait to share with you all then! ~b
