Welcome to another empty studio apartment tour – high-rise edition! I thought it would be neat to share with you guys a more modern upscale apartment in the city. This is actually my boyfriend’s place, it’s a 15 min-ish walk from my home so I hang out here quite often. He was sweet enough to let me film the before footage to put on my YouTube channel. 🙂 The complex is very sophisticated and posh with modern amenities (you feel like you are living in a fancy hotel ). There’s a sky lounge, fitness center, and pool all located on the 24th floor. It’s situated right in uptown allowing the apartment to have a gorgeous view of the city skyline. There is even a mini-park located on top of the parking garage. This is where you will find us attempting to play tennis together (I’m not very good – ha!). His unit is also very sleek in design. There are dark hardwood floors throughout, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a private balcony, and many more features. We plan to decorate with modern furnishings but still keep the space very open. My boyfriend is a minimalist by nature so I don’t think we are getting a lot of items …but I’ll keep you guys posted with a haul if we do!
