Even in the dead of the winter, Charleston is bursting with colors. To be honest, the city always looks and feels like spring to me. With pastel hue homes lining up the cobble street roads and warm temperatures year-round, it’s a sunny place to be regardless of the season. I recently visited with my family/friends from California and they were charmed by the culture here! We ventured to Rainbow Row and walked along the iconic Battery. Although it was not my first time, I always love exploring the idyllic neighborhoods. There always seems to be something new tucked away on every corner! A lot of the mansions are also being renovated so buildings are constantly changing. Overall, Charleston is a nice escape from modern cities and it’s a place that truly appreciates tradition and history. ~b
