Happy Monday guys 🙂 It’s been a minute since I last posted an outfit of the day! A lot of exciting things are happening in my own personal life so I have been putting more of my focus on that. Plus, I am going to Hawaii very soon! My vacation is now extended for about two weeks in the tropics … so – yeah, it’s safe to say, I’m a very very lucky gal!
Anywho, here’s an outfit that I wore during my birthday weekend a long time back. I was visiting Savannah for the weekend to celebrate with my loved ones. It was my very first time there and the weather was glorious. I am born during the last week of February so this is not a common occurrence for me. I am used to snow and frigid cold weather because I lived up North for the majority of my life. Nevertheless, it was sunny and warm outside – the perfect weather combo for a flowy floral dress. This beautiful blue dress had a high collar mesh detailing that I absolutely adore. In addition, it had hidden pockets! All these neat little features are such a refreshing twist to a classic fit and flare. I wished it came in more prints and colors!
Also, I wanted to note that visiting Wormsloe Historic Site was one of the highlights of my trip. It is one of Savannah’s can’t-miss attractions and soo much prettier in person than in photos! Upon arrival, you are greeted by a breathtaking avenue sheltered by live oak trees and a canopy of Spanish moss. I believe there about 400 trees planted there to create this scenic driveway and it stretches on for about 1.5 miles to the estate. If you have time, you can also pay the ten-dollar fee to explore the property and get a glimpse into Savannah’s past. ~b
