With Mother’s Day coming up in a few short weeks, I wanted to post a look inspired by my beautiful mother! My mom has always been and remains a strong role model in my life. I know I wouldn’t be where I am today if it wasn’t for all of her love and support! Honestly, she’s the absolute best. 🙂

She was never the one to wear extravagant flashy outfits to stand out in a crowd and that’s what I love about her clothing choices. My mother’s understated elegance was always fashionable all on its own.
For my inspired styled outfit, I wanted to keep it simple and sophisticated – just like my mom. I opted for a timeless black blazer, which I believe is a must-have staple in every woman’s wardrobe. It’s super versatile and instantly pulls a look together. The red, white, and blue striped top was borrowed from my mom’s closet. I think it has a retro classic 90’s vibe to it. I paired the shirt with white neutral jeans to keep it crisp and clean. & To fully finish off the whole look, a quick swipe of red lipstick always adds a pinch of chic to any outfit! ~b
