Happy Monday! Can you believe this weekend is Mother’s Day? To celebrate on the blog, I borrowed a top from my mom’s closet. It belonged to her in the ’90s and I absolutely love it. It’s pretty basic and simple but extremely versatile. I previously styled it with a blazer here. However, for this post, I wanted to dress it down so I paired it with a denim jacket. I added ankle leather booties and black skinny jeans to create a very casual-cool look.
Also, how cute is this picture of my mom and me? 🙂 It’s personally one of my favorites! Now that I have shorter hair, I think you can really see the similarities between us. My mother and I are pretty close but she lives many states away so I’ll be sure to skype date with her this Sunday!
